Cory Cox with Clear Property Management. We are at a house in Vilonia right now. It’s actually a very unique property we’ve got. They’ve actually got 20 acres of land around here. The tenants are actually responsible for about five. But you can kind of see all this awesome area out here. This is from the front porch. You can see a little pond over there. This’ll be a rental that we’re going to be trying to fill. It’s a four bedroom, two bath house in Vilonia school district. But yeah, we’re doing a showing just now. We’re going to try and get them fixed up, try and get the owner fixed up with this latest rental.
But it is a huge house, all electric. I think he’s completely redone this place. Here’s the master here, large closet, got a nice little jacuzzi tub in here. It’s going to be $1550 per month. Here is the second living room right here. You could make that kind of a play area, but you can see, I mean it’s huge living rooms right here, but you can make this a children’s type area if you wanted to. Here’s a second bedroom, third bedroom, bath and fourth bedroom right there.
Yeah, it’ll be a nice little place for somebody.
