But man, LVP is just, it just transforms a home. It just makes it so much better. And then obviously from a tenant’s point of view, you can spill stuff on there and it won’t mess things up. It just works out so much better right there for just everybody. The owner obviously won’t have to worry about upkeep on the LVP, because this should last for many, many years right there, and it should make it easier. A great investment for everybody. Obviously, whenever you paint and stuff like that, even kind of your fixtures, they will sometimes go bad. I mean, does it last forever? Definitely not, of course not. I’m not trying to say that. But at the same time too, it does go a long way if you do get good quality. LVP flooring, I always suggest at least 12 mil. If you want to go 20 mil, that’s even better, but you got to go 12. First of all, it feels better right there. It doesn’t feel cheap. If you get that really thin stuff, you can really feel it whenever you’re walking on it. And obviously if you get 12 or 20, you’re definitely going to be good.
So anyways, just kind of wanted to show y’all this. I think there’s actually a video right there of where I was actually in this house and the carpet was there. So reference back to that if you want to. And just see the changes right there from just strictly flooring and paint touch-up, that kind of goes on, just goes a long, long way right there.
