What is up everybody? It is Cory with Clear Property Management. We are at 1100 Alpine Court in Bryant, Arkansas. We are actually doing a make ready on this place. This is actually one of my most favorite houses. We manage a whole lot of houses, some very high end type rentals and everything else like that, not saying this is not high end, but this is just a good house right here.
Actually I love this house. It’s very well taken care of. I love the colors on the wall. But a couple of days ago, our tenants left obviously, at the end of the month they left. We came in here, assessed it, got a game plan on next steps to get it rent ready. I cannot thank tenants enough of the ones that actually freaking care and whenever you come in, the house is in good working order.
All we got to do is just do a little bit of paint touch up, do some cleaning. Then it is ready to go and they’re well organized. They left their mailbox key, they left their garage door openers, everything else like that. Everything’s just ready to go. So kudos to them. They’ll be getting pretty much all their deposit back and that’s well-deserved right there.
This is kind of the kitchen right here, coming back at around and here is the living room. It is just a gigantic space essentially. I just absolutely love the way that this thing looks right there. The color on the wall, it’s got a green or something to it. I don’t know if my video can pick it up, but I love that. I love the tile on the floor. It just really works.
Something else I love about this place because I’m such a hater right there, is the backyard. It is very, very small. Some people might not like that but me I do like that because I don’t like mowing. It’s not my thing. I’m sorry. So small backyards are great to me. Here’s a bedroom, another bedroom, and a bathroom.
This is the shared side right there. Coming back through, the washer and dryer is actually included on this one newer units, which are really nice. The yellow room is not my absolute favorite but this shows to be a little bit more yellow in my video than actually it truly is. And then got another bathroom in here as well. Got the toilet and then a nice shower on this side and a very large closet as well.
But yes, this is 1100 Alpine Court in Bryant, Arkansas. We manage this place for one of our out-of-state investors. Great guy, awesome place. I’m so happy that we get to manage a home like this for him as well as the property itself. We just listed this thing late yesterday afternoon, somewhere around there. So we’ve already got some people inquiring about it.
