What’s up, y’all? It is Cory with Clear Property Management. We are at our latest house that an investor bought sight unseen, out of state investor, and we are going through the property. Got the little dining room through here. Got some sweet blinds right there. That’s great. I like that. Oh yeah, something I was going to show or whatever, I have not seen the inspection report, but there is a good size crack right there, and you can start to see one right there in that corner right there too as well. This is just something I always look for whenever I’m going through, see if there’s any major issues. I’m sure it’s on the inspection report, I have not seen it.
Pretty basic kitchen. Got a little laundry room in here, going to need a little bit of paint. Two car garage through here. I want to show y’all this master coming through here. Look at this. You got some carpet in the master bath. Now, that’s what I’m talking about right there. You got this huge sink right there. Come on man, give me a double vanity. What we doing? But, it is what it is. At least it doesn’t have carpet right beside the toilet, so that’s an improvement. Decent sized closet.
The outside actually looks pretty nice, the landscaping they did for it. Got a nice little patio area out here. A small backyard, nothing big or anything, but you can see they did a little bit of landscaping. It’s not too much. I’m not a landscaping person, to be honest with you. I’m a minimalist. I don’t like to do the landscaping. Coming through over here to this other side, the two bedrooms in here, pretty basic. Got some more sweet curtains right there. Decent bathroom, it ain’t bad. Something else I noticed was there is absolutely no air filter in here. Like, what the heck? Got measurements for that, going to put one in. Then here is the last bedroom for the three bed.
But anyways, it’ll be okay. Not too bad on this one. Like I said, I’ve got a list of little things to do here and there. Like I said, I just go over this on my list, and just get everything all lined out, so that way we can get this thing rent-ready and hopefully get a tenant in here in, I don’t know, maybe two, three weeks, something like that. We’ll be good to go. Anyways, see ya.
