What’s up, y’all? Cory Cox, Clear Property Management. We are here at that 7 Coachlight Dr, here in Little Rock. I posted a video not too long ago that we were doing a light rehab on it, nothing major. Like I said, whoever buys this house is obviously going to get this very underpriced. But basically, if you could paint it and update it just a little bit, you got a really nice house. I want to say this is pretty big. It’s a two story house. I’m not sure the exact square footage on it right now. But anyways, it was one of those things where we’re helping one of our investors out. He bought it, he’s trying to do some minor repairs to it, and get it right back on the market. So actually at the end of this week, there’s one more item that’s got to be done, but everything else is done. So I just wanted to update y’all on that.
So you can see the front or whatever. We got it mowed, got it all cleaned up. Look at these nice flower beds. Got the bushes all trimmed out to get some curb appeal in here. Yeah, you can definitely see, nice house, real big. Coming in here, the last item, see this tile, I love this tile, this is actually what I got in my house, so coming in here, the last thing that we have is we got to get rid of this track lining right through here. So I’m not sure, I think that’s for commercial use, so I’m not real sure why that was installed. But we just got it cleaned and stuff. So whoever gets this, they can put some lamps up, whatever it may be. Coming in here, the dining room, it’s real nice. And here is the kitchen, I guess, main living room. We replaced that out, the dishwasher, and we are waiting for the stove as of right now.
So hopefully that’ll be here shortly. So anyways, got that all done. Going up here, upstairs, they actually just shampooed all these upstairs and stuff like that, so I’m not going to super walk on it. But regardless though, you can see what’s going on. It’s supposed to be real, real nice. But yeah, like I said, it was just a real quick rehab. He got an inspector to come through and say, “Yeah, you need to do this, this and this,” kind of thing. He gave me that checklist and I just executed it for him. This is just another one of the ways that Clear Property Management can help you as investors out, as well as homeowners too, just typical regular homeowners.
