Good morning. It is Cory with Clear Property Management. We are at 2417 Meadow Drive in Conway. A guy is actually interested in this. He’s an out-of-state guy, so he asked for a video walkthrough. So that’s what we’re going to do right now. Yeah, we have no problem doing that. We actually have a lot of out-of-state people that are actually moving here to Arkansas for various reasons. Jobs, family, whatever it may be. So doing video walkthroughs are not a big deal. Typically, we kind of have our showing agents that do that or whatever, but I was actually in the area so I just kind of ran over here real quick. So with that, we’re going to do this. That is your front door right there. So that kind of leads out. You can kind of see this laminate flooring throughout. Got a spot right there where you can mount a TV right there if you want to.
Here’s the front door, just your neighborhood and stuff like that. So actually where this is, you’ve actually got the high school right behind you, which is nice if you’ve got kids or whatever it may be. Here’s the kitchen. I like that dark stain on the cabinets. Kind of dining room area. You can see the backyard as well. Kind of got a little shed out there. I don’t believe that has power, but just a little spot where you could keep your mower or whatever it may be. You can see the neighbor. They’re getting leaves up right now, but anyways, I think that’s the softball field that’s right there behind that right there. So yeah, definitely right behind it, got a little pantry area right there if you want.
Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, that’s all good. The washer and dryer is actually included on this one as well. So yeah, that’s all good. All appliances are included. It’s on Conway Corp utilities as well. It’s on Conway Corp, but it also has Summit Gas as well. The heat and the water heater are both on Summit Gas. There’s a couple little spots on these doors that I’m just going to go ahead and point out. It’s got some just chip right there as well as right there. It’s got it on a couple of them. Like I said, I’m just being forthcoming on that. Obviously if you choose to rent this, you would not be liable for that, but I just want to be forthcoming on those little imperfections. Coming through here, I think this is just a little closet, ain’t it? Yeah, just a little closet.
Then back here, you got another bedroom, got carpets in all the bedrooms. Everything else has got that laminate flooring, decent size closet. And then over here, this is your primary bedroom. Again, you can see it right there. And then another closet as well, got a little blind in there and some cable in there. Of course, we can get that out if you don’t plan on using it. And then here is the primary bathroom. Obviously you could just put just a little bar out there and just close it up. And then you got a little standing shower. If you did need a tub for a kid or whatever it may be, then obviously you could use this one in here for that. And then this is obviously real tiled and real nice in there, which the other one is too or whatever, but it’s just not as big.
But with that, like I said, that’s just kind of a video walkthrough of this. We’ve got a couple rentals right now in Conway, but honestly I think everything’s being grabbed up literally right now. I think applications are going in for all these others right now. So this one is available. We might have one in the future, maybe here in a few weeks, but that one’s going to be over there on the west side of town. I think that one’s going to be around $1,800, somewhere around there. But I’m actually meeting with the owner on that this evening and then we’re going to see if we’re a good group for them. If we are, then obviously we’ll come up with a price and figure all that out as far as listing the home for rent. But I think a couple things need to be done so that shouldn’t be ready today or anything else like that.
