This rental property is located in the highly desirable Matthews Meadows subdivision, a popular neighborhood known for newer construction, easy access to Conway amenities, and strong rental demand. The home itself is only about four years old, and it was recently purchased by one of our current owners as another addition to his rental portfolio.

Inventory is tight, and quality rentals like this one in Matthews Meadows tend to move fast.
