So we are at 308 Pickwicket Drive. This is actually in Conway. It’s centrally located in which Walgreens is right there, UCA is over here. Everything else, this is just kind of a neighborhood that’s kind of got easy access to Tyler as well as Dave Ward. We had some people requesting a virtual tour of this place so we are going to walk in here.
Front door obviously, kind of opens up. The paint and the flooring have been completely redone. Some of the other fixtures you can tell are just a little bit older looking right there. So you’ve got the original fixtures as well as the formica countertops as well. I noticed that they are changing out those drip pans right there, but obviously that’ll be fixed before anybody takes possession.
Yeah, coming through here. Here’s the fridge. This I guess would be your breakfast bar type area. I guess that would be your dining room type. Laundry room right here. This is the living room in which has very high ceilings. There’s still popcorn ceilings, but it is in good shape coming through here.
All the bedrooms are on this side of the home. Again, just kind of some storage areas right here. Coming through here, bedroom one, through and just a standard closet here. This is where the water heater is. Yep, newer water heater. Coming in here, here is your shared bathroom. Again, like I said, everything’s clean and ready to go, functional, it’s just got a little bit of older accents to it with the fans and the cabinets, but everything’s in good shape. Good size rooms throughout. Here’s the closet. It’s obviously a really good size closet for the guest bedroom.
Coming in here, this is your primary bedroom. Very good size right here. Again, that LVP flooring is actually throughout the home. Something a little unique, this closet’s actually a good size too as well, but I think that actually that closet right across the hall is actually a little bit bigger than that. So bathroom in the primary. So you do have these… Oh yeah, I forgot, you do have these secondary closets right here too as well, so that actually makes a little bit more. Obviously, shower, jacuzzi, tub, double sink, toilet right there, and then another closet right there.
So actually you’ve actually got three closets in here, truth be told. Coming through the living room. So this is the door, the back door that leads outside. The deck is not in fantastic shape. It’s a little bit old, but it is functional. There is no fence here or anything else like that, so you are obviously seeing your neighbors and whatnot. The owner’s fine with pets, with an additional pet fee, but just note that if you do have dogs, then obviously there is no fence there.
Washer and dryer are included. Coming up the stairs, this is kind of a bonus room right up here. Obviously with this just being the one side right there, there’s no actual vents up here or anything else like that, but we can kind of get you a window unit or something. But this is honestly just like a little secondary type room, as most places are. Coming back downstairs, we’ll go to the garage and that should be it.
Garage, good size. Obviously, got your paneling, got the split doors, and you kind of got a little bit of storage in here. Coming through right here and just a little bit more storage. We just replaced or the owner just replaced the flooring and so that’s what the kind of flooring is. And then obviously the paint is brand new as well.
But yes, if you’re interested in 308 Pickwicket Drive in Conway, this is it. Like I said, the flooring and the paint makes this place look great. There’s just a little bit of oddities with the originality, I guess with the countertops as well as the fixtures and stuff like that, but everything else should be in good shape. Let us know.
