How Does The Process Work?

First, we’ll give you a call to get a few more details about your units. Just basic stuff, nothing fancy or complicated. Once we get that information we will be able to discuss what all it will cost and the amount of time it will take to get you onboarded.

Next, if we make a great fit, then we will get all your information as well as go over what units you currently have filled and are needing filled.

Last, (usually within a week) we will reach out to your current tenants to let them know the changes taking place as well as who they need to communicate with for payment, repair requests, etc. No hassle to you!
